IT’S SIMPLE
To book your place with Salma’s Dance Academy all you need to do is print the Enrolment Form fill it in, sign, date and return it with the relevant fee to:

Payment Methods
The Academy only accepts cheques through the post made payable to “SALMA ZAMAN”, or cash if paying in person on any first day of the class at one of our schools. Please put the student's name, address and area of class at the back of the cheque including your card details and the card expiry date.
